We have the solution…an exclusive space for Personal Trainers and their clients, to run and grow their business. Designed with a unique atmosphere and style, Milestone is an exclusive, private gym environment unlike any other. With over 400 sq.m of brand new equipment, Milestone has invested heavily to provide a facility that we are proud to maintain. Located close to Prahran and St Kilda in Balaclava, we are just minutes from Balaclava train station and Carlisle Street trams, or there is plenty of free street parking nearby.
At Milestone we periodically run marketing campaigns in order to recruit new clients for our Trainers. So if you are just starting out or looking to build up your client base, we’re here to help you! So, if you’d like to train at a new style of gym where you won’t be “just another trainer”, a gym with a great environment that focuses on you and your needs, then Milestone is for you!

WHAT WE DO AND WHAT WE DON'T

  • Milestone has no lock-in contracts
  • Milestone does not take a percentage of your earnings
  • Milestone does not charge membership or casual visit fees
  • We offer the first week FREE, no charge to you
  • Milestone is not open to the general public, so no crowds
  • We have a Manager on duty to greet your clients
  • We provide a Trainer’s lounge, free wi-fi and kitchen for your use.
  • Personal Trainers are not obliged to carry out any ‘extra’ duties or promotional activities, such as:
  • Touting the “gym philosophy”
  • Wearing our t-shirts
  • Selling our products or meeting sales targets
We have capped the number of Trainers that can work out of the gym. There is a limited amount of permanent places, and set amounts of the various passes available each calendar month. We are serious in our commitment to not have an overcrowded gym.

We are a gym-sized exclusive personal training only facility. We’ve created a gym with an ambience, and added privacy so that your personal training workout is enjoyable and effective, without the crowds. If your looking for a Trainer for body building, weight loss, strength conditioning, rehabilitation, body recomposition or just to improve your general health, we have the Trainer for you.

Milestone has no membership or casual visit fees, nor are we open to the general public and no high pressure sales people to contend with.

We don’t want you to sign up for anything additional. You simply train with your Personal Trainer and pay them, that’s it!

Many of them do bundles depending on your frequency and have discounted rates for couple sessions too. So check out the Trainer’s that call Milestone their home below to select from.
