We are a gym-sized exclusive personal training only facility. We’ve created a gym with an ambience, and added privacy so that your personal training workout is enjoyable and effective, without the crowds. If your looking for a Trainer for body building, weight loss, strength conditioning, rehabilitation, body recomposition or just to improve your general health, we have the Trainer for you.
Milestone has no membership or casual visit fees, nor are we open to the general public and no high pressure sales people to contend with.
We don’t want you to sign up for anything additional. You simply train with your Personal Trainer and pay them, that’s it!

After undergoing my own fitness transformation, losing over 32kg of body fat and gaining back 15kg of muscle, I gained a deep passion for fitness and nutrition, and the desire to help others to undertake their own transformations.
